"It Will Not Boil Down" is a celebration of texture in its purest form. From the very start, I knew I wanted the textures to have a sculptural presence — thick, layered brushstrokes that not only build depth but demand attention.
This is the piece for those who appreciate three-dimensional works where texture takes center stage. The thick, sculptural strokes are built with purpose, layering upon one another to form a surface that’s as tactile as it is commanding. Every stroke adds depth, texture, and movement, creating a piece that feels alive and in constant flux, but always grounded in its own presence. The vibrant, layered colors, alive with energy, shine through in a way that makes the work feel almost electric — not shy or subtle, but boldly taking its place in the room. This is not a piece that asks to be simplified or diminished, but instead celebrates the fullness of its form, standing confidently in its power and complexity.
