"Released" 70x50

This piece is my personal gem and my favorite from the entire collection. I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I do.

"Released" embodies the quiet eruption of a long-suppressed spirit. It speaks to the years of being confined — by expectations, unfulfilling work, toxic relationships, and an upbringing that silenced the inner voice. Creative pursuits were often overlooked in favor of practicality, leading to a life focused more on duty than passion. This piece is the moment of release, the return to the freedom of self-expression, and a reclaiming of the creativity that was lost. It glows with the energy of a soul finally allowed to breathe, to create, to be.

In this piece, the liquid texture appears to have been trapped mid-flow — thick, tactile, yet strangely still. The paint has settled into layers, each one forming a surface that holds its own moment of time. It’s as if the piece itself is breathing, but held back by its own gravity, leaving an energy that feels contained yet on the verge of release. It’s about feeling that energy, that light, beneath the textures of life, waiting to be noticed.
